I’m Deb, a lifestyle blogger who is dedicated to helping busy moms and ladies. I provide helpful tips, tricks, and hacks to make your daily life easier and less stressful. I believe in finding creative ways to simplify your household and life so that you can have more time for yourself and your family.

I am a fortunate woman to have been able to devote the past 12 years to being a stay-at-home mother. Our family is now complete with our son attending college and a Siamese cat named Veronica.

I am no stranger to having to come up with creative solutions around the house. I’ve had to learn different ways to keep things clean and in working order, while also having to craft tasty and exciting meals to break up the monotony of everyday dinner. When my husband was out of work I had to figure out how to keep the household running on a tight budget and use coupons to get what we needed. I also had to make my own green cleaning products to save money. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish.

I can’t exactly call myself a homemaker, as I don’t actually make homes. This always prompts my son to correct me, reminding me that I’m a stay-at-home mom. Whenever someone asks me if I work, I always have to explain the difference between a stay-at-home mom and a homemaker. It’s usually met with a few laughs!

I have always held a special place in my heart for the holidays. Since our son was a baby, I have enjoyed decorating my home to celebrate each holiday. I find joy in creating DIY craft projects specifically for the holidays, as well as displaying my son’s artwork from elementary school that he made for the holiday season.

I am thankful every day for my husband’s job. I am blessed to be able to stay home as a mother and be actively involved in my son’s school life. I don’t take this privilege for granted.
